With an extensive sports and work history, Mitch brings a unique blend of elite athletic experience and practical coaching to his training methods.
As a four-time U-Sports Varsity Men's Basketball National Champion, Canada Summer Games basketball alumnus, and NSCA-CPT certified trainer with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, he combines high-level competitive insight with an evidence-based approach designed for real-life schedules.
Driven by a passion for fitness, Mitch is dedicated to helping others train smarter and perform better.
