No Refunds on Digital Training Packages
All sales of virtual personal training packages, digital training programs, and coaching subscriptions are final and non-refundable once purchased, except as expressly stated below. This includes:

Cancellations and “Change of Mind”
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and plans change. However:

Change-of-mind refunds are not available once a purchase or booking is confirmed.

You may reschedule sessions if you provide the required notice (see Cancellations below), but you will not receive a refund.
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a booked training session:

Provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

If notice is provided in time, you may reschedule the session without penalty.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be considered used, and you may not be entitled to a reschedule or credit.
Sessions that are missed without notice are generally non-redeemable and non-refundable.
Membership & Subscription Cancellations
For recurring or subscription-based programs:

You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing or through the platform used for billing.

No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time after cancellation.

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds or credits in rare, exceptional cases (for example, prolonged medical incapacity or bereavement). These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the business.

Payment Processing Fees
